In case when you didn't receive an email from us, then before submitting a support ticket please process this checklist:
- Make sure you refreshed the email list in the client and waited at least 2 minutes in case of latency on the email provider side
- Check if the email is in the SPAM folder
- If your email is a Google Groups' alias, check if the Group was filtering the messages "for moderation."
- If possible, try the same operation again, e.g. requesting a free key or resending the login verification code.
- If possible, try using another email to check if the issue is limited only to your email service.
After processing that checklist, let us know about the results, and we will act accordingly.
