In case you didn't receive an email from us, kindly process this checklist before submitting a support ticket:
- Make sure you refreshed the email list in the client and waited at least 2 minutes in case of latency on the email provider side
- Check if the email is in the SPAM folder
- If your email is a Google Groups alias, check if the Group was filtering the messages "for moderation."
- If possible, try the same operation again, e.g. requesting a free key or resending the login verification code.
- If possible, try using another email to check if the issue is limited only to your email service.
