Every CoinAPI account has defined:
- Primary contact
- Operational contacts
- Billing contacts
Primary Contact is defined and can be changed in Customer Portal.
- Log in to the Customer Portal using your Primary Contact email.
- Go to the Account section.
- Change Contact email and optionally Contact name.
- Make sure your new Contact email is correct as only this email will able to log into the Customer Portal again.
- Click Save.
- Log out from the Customer Portal.
- (optionally) Log in to the Customer postal using a new Primary Contact email.
Billing and Operational contacts are defined and managed in the Customer Portal:
- Log in to the Customer Portal using your Primary Contact email.
- Go to the Additional contacts section.
- Make changes to your contacts.
- Click Save.
- (optionally) Log out from the Customer Portal.
A single contact can be assigned to all or multiple types at the same time. For example, when you are Primary Contact and want to receive an invoice after successful payment on the same email address.
The table below shows who will receive what notifications:
